2. Marcelo Sarvas

Just like Gomez, this Brazilian midfielder was a part of a championship season in his first year with the LA Galaxy and MLS. In 2012, Sarvas took the field in the white, yellow and navy for his original team.

In the three seasons he was a part of the Galaxy, Sarvas scored nine times in 88 games. He would again taste the riches of winning an MLS Cup as a part of the 2014 squad.

Also in similar fashion, Sarvas, too, left the LA Galaxy and went to play for the Colorado Rapids. His first and only season there came in 2015. To wrap up his playing career in MLS. The two-time champion completed three seasons with DC United.

Sarvas did come back to the LA Galaxy organization where was on the management side. In 2022 & 2023, he was a member of the managerial staff for the LA Galaxy II team.
