Potential power players in Game 2 for the Los Angeles Galaxy
By Scott Conrad
3. Marco Reus
Making his impressive debut against on August 24 against Atlanta. Checking into the game during the second half, Reus made an impact immediately.
He contributed to both goals in the 2-0 shutout victory. With an assist and a goal in his first MLS game, Reus appeared to fit right in with one of the league's best offenses.
If the LA Galaxy are to have another victory (or shutout), look no further than Reus to have his hand (rather, his foot) in the score. In his 294 appearances with Borussia Dortmund, the German born player found the back of the net 120 times.
He has played as a winger and in the midfield for the Galaxy. Reus has shown he doesn't have to be in the Starting XI to help his new team win.
Reus should have a strong game and be a major factor in the game for the Los Angeles Galaxy come Friday. Game 2 is held in Commerce Park, Colorado at Dick's Sporting Goods Park on November 1.
