Video: LA Galaxy's goal to make it 3-2 vs. Portland Timbers
This Saturday, September 30, the LA Galaxy hosted the Portland Timbers at the Digital Health Sports Park for one more matchday of the MLS regular season. The Galacticos faced this match with the clear and fundamental objective of starting to add 3 points in each of their remaining games.
Tonight Eriq Zavaleta added and subtracted. After scoring LA's first goal (10'), and then scoring an own goal in the 38th minute, central defender Galactico redeemed himself and scored the Galaxy's third goal, which would give them a partial advantage.
From a free kick, Douglas Costa launched a great pass that put Zavaleta in front of the rival goalkeeper. With a header, the Salvadoran defender put his team ahead on the scoreboard 3-2.
