LA Galaxy and Fiji Airways announce new sponsorship agreement

The LA Galaxy announced a multi-year partnership with Fiji's national airline, Fiji Airways, seeking to strategically align the brands and grant Fiji Airways official club partner status as well as presenting partner of the Galaxy's multi-purpose athletics field in Torrance.

Therefore, effective immediately, the LA Galaxy, the City of Torrance, and the Judicial Council of California, will be known as "LA Galaxy Sports Complex Powered by Fiji Airways."

This marks Fiji Airways' first partnership with an MLS team to date and aims to connect soccer fans in and around Los Angeles with the ability to travel to Fiji, taking advantage of the ease, beauty, and accessibility of that destiny.

As part of the agreement, Fiji Airways will have a prominent presence at the Kinecta Soccer Center, Powered by LA Galaxy, which is located directly opposite the LA Galaxy Sports Complex Powered by Fiji Airways. The Kinecta Soccer Center offers local residents year-round access to indoor soccer, as well as a variety of high-quality sports programs.

The presence of the Fiji Airways brand in these two sports centers provides an excellent opportunity to raise awareness of the airline among soccer fans and strengthen its connection with Southern California families. These centers receive an average of 300,000 visitors per year and host 250 youth and adult teams, as well as specific LA Galaxy programs.

To celebrate this partnership, Fiji Airways, and LA Galaxy will be running multiple flight giveaways across the club's social channels. These giveaways will offer LA Galaxy fans the opportunity to experience the beauty of Fiji and win exclusive travel prizes.
