2. Dejan Joveljic

The Serbian forward, also 24 years of age, was an early catalyst for the LA Galaxy offense. He had recorded one goal in each of the team's first five games to begin the 2024 season.

Joveljic has started in ten of the Galaxy's thirteen games. He has only missed one game and subbed in two of them, including the contest against Minnesota FC United where he scored his seventh goal on the year.

In his fourth year now for the LA Galaxy, Joveljic also has a pair of assists. He is experiencing his best passing season, too. His accurate passing percentage is above 80% for the first time in his MLS career.

In the last five games, Joveljic has netted two goals for the Galaxy. Of his 29 shots taken this year, 14 of those have been on target. That is almost 50% of his attempts.

Joveljic, just like Puig, has yet to be handed a red card. Furthermore, he hasn't even been issued a yellow card, either. Consistent play, passing and scoring can help give the LA Galaxy it's first win in over 30 days.
