3. Landon Donovan

'Captain America' is a historical reference in United States soccer and although he had an eventful time at Bayer Leverkusen when he was young, he did try his luck in Europe later in three MLS breaks.

First, at the beginning of 2008 he was loaned by the LA Galaxy to Bayern Munich and his stay with the German giant was without pain or glory, since he only played seven games without any goals or assists.

In 2010 and 2012, Landon Donovan played for Everton in the Premier League, and with the Toffees he left better impressions, with two goals and six total assists in both stages.
