“Ayoze has been a key player for us all season long,” Savarese told NYCosmos.com’s Matthew Hogan. “He’s adjusted quickly to playing in the U.S. and his ability to play left back and midfield gives us great versatility. I’m delighted that we have been able to sign him to a new deal.”
“It’s been a great experience for me and my family here with the Cosmos,” Ayoze said. “Winning the Soccer Bowl was a tremendous accomplishment for us and I wanted to stay here to help the club continue its success.”
