Bruce Arena’s Los Angeles Galaxy, coming off a lopsided 4-0 defeat to Isidro Metapan in CONCACAF Champions League play, are on the verge of seeing October crumble to pieces before them when they take on the Seattle Sounders on Sunday, Oct. 27. The Galaxy and Sounders have already qualified for the MLS Cup Playoffs and are essentially playing for seeding purposes.
A victory for the Galaxy will most likely set up a conference semifinal date with Real Salt Lake, unless the Portland Timbers falter against Chivas USA. Kickoff at CenturyLink Field is scheduled for 6 p.m. PT/9 p.m. ET and will be televised by ESPN and ESPN Deportes. Here are 10 Bold Predictions for the Oct. 27 match between the Los Angeles Galaxy and Seattle Sounders.

As for the aformentioned Zardes, he will not earn a goal on the night, but he will get at least one assist. Zardes’s playmaking ability has made him one of the top rookies for the Los Angeles Galaxy this season, and he will be counted on again.

Pending the result from this week’s match between Colorado and Vancouver at B.C. Place Stadium in Vancouver, B.C., the Galaxy and Sounders will play to a draw.
