The corporate moniker for the home of Bruce Arena’s Los Angeles Galaxy will be going through a name change.
The 10-year, $70 million naming rights agreement for the Home Depot Center expires in May, and The Home Depot announced that it is not renewing the deal, according to Sports Illustrated. A new sponsor is expected to be announced within the next few months.

Meanwhile, as suspected by the View from Avalon, the Los Angeles Galaxy Reserves and Los Angeles Blues are teaming up for an interleague series. According to the Los Angeles Blues web site, the Galaxy will travel to Titan Stadium on the campus of California State University Fullerton on Apr. 7, with the Blues visiting the G’s at Victoria Street on May 7.
